25th April 2005 - Resellers Offer Free Dialup

18th January 2005 - Register Domains Using New Domain Robot

Heart Internet, the UK's fastest growing Reseller host, is today launching its new automated domain name registration service.

The new service allows customers wishing to register a domain name to do so via email, a simple template is sent to the "Domain Robot" and is automatically processed in just a few seconds. The domain then appears in the customers account and benefits from a host of free services. The system is ideal for customers registering large numbers of domains or customers who wish to integrate domain name registration into an automated order processes to bypass the traditional web based interface that often takes up to ten minutes per domain name.

Heart Internet's Domain Robot system is free to use for one domain name or ten thousand domain names and takes less than five minutes to start using.

One of the most significant benefits of the new system is that resellers are able to benefit from Heart Internet's low bulk domain name prices without having to purchase all the domain names at once. The Domain Robot works on the basis of domain name credits. 10th January 2005 - New Features for Resellers

Your feedback really does count at Heart Internet and that's why we are pleased to announce that we have now added a white label support database to our Reseller Package after receiving many requests.

This new feature allows all our Resellers to add a customised support database into eXtend control panel and include the support categories that matter to your customers. This white label feature automatically picks up the name of your web hosting control panel and replaces the name eXtend with this. It also includes your own contact details.

9th December 2004 - New Features for Web Hosting Accounts

We thought we would let you know about some exciting new features we have added to eXtend Control Panel and to the Reseller Control Centre!

Autoresponder Subjects

You can now have your autoresponders reply with a subject of "Re: 'the original emails subject'". To do this simply leave the subject blank when activating an autoresponder.

Outlook Express Mail Box Creation

Once you have created a mail box in eXtend Control Panel you can now instantly install it in Outlook Express with the click of one button. Simply click "Activate in Outlook Express".

Mail Box Passwords

Now you can change your own mail box password online in Webmail as well as in eXtend. To do this they can simply login to Webmail at www.outitgoes.com or the web address you use for Webmail, they should login using their current details and then select "Utilities" > "Email Settings" > "Change Password".

Webmail Web Address (Resellers)

Instead of using www.outitgoes.com for accessing Webmail you can now create your own address, for example webmail.yourdomain.co.uk. To do this simply login to the Reseller Control Centre and click "Webmail". You can use any domain that is in your account.

12th July 2004 - Heart Internet Launch's Email to SMS Intergration

Heart Internet are pleased to announce the arrival of their new email to SMS facility. The new facility allows customers to receive a notification text when an email arrives at a certain email address or to receive the whole email to their mobile phone. There are many ways the new service can be used, for example if a website owner receives orders placed on their website at orders@domain.com then an SMS can be sent to a mobile phone telling the website owner that they have an order waiting.
